I was just trying to say that this is the type of O/S reconcilliation shareholders deserve to see...the how and why we got from 186M to 652M O/S

C shares are already in the hands of previous WiseBuys. No c-shares were proposed for Hacketts. It was $6M in cash and notes and 5% of O/S in an option pool for the Hacketts.

What is the valuation as we know it today with Hacketts?
