Is this number sensible?

I'm not asking rhetorically, I'm really curious and just have no background in this market.

Jaffray's 45m unit iPhone estimate in '09 might lead to a fantastic valuation, but it also sets a much higher bar than Apple has claimed it intends to jump.

Any thoughts?
