IMO. They could have converted part of the Preferred C. Or they may have issued more shares to raise the cash necessary to close the Hacketts deal.

Not sure but expected a PR soon to boast about the merger and clear the air.

Any valuation should be based on the full dilution of the series C so were knocking on the door of 800M O/S worst case.
