Bonds have to be sold to a lender, the market for the bonds is in the toilet right now and they aren't sold yet.

It is not like they had a line of credit at the bank they could go draw on.

They sold shares because that is the only way they could get the money to get some cash.

If you could get some money for 7% at the bank, why would you give away that much of the equity in the co for $200,000 (my est at $.003 per share.)

We should just hope that it is enough to get the Bio Plant running and some revenue coming in.
