That quote gives a good picture of the current business. IF you go back and look at the business plan and history of execution regarding the company over the last few years, they are on track and the business is at a point the will take them "to the next level" in the coming months.

-LWLL was a state owned company that went private. It took them awhile to streamline the company and get rid of the numerous wasteful inefficiencies and (hopefully) corruption associated with state run companies.

-They have been strengthening their distribution channels and expanding their product lineups. They have put the tools in place to expand the market by exporting. THe biggest asset regarding growth will be partnering with multinationals to distribute other company's exixting and future products through their extensive established distribution network. Distribution in China is not easy, and is why companies such as J&J did not suceed on their own.

-They are now at the stage where they need to partner with big multinational companies to achieve their full potential, and in getting their stock notice in the investing world (move to nasdaq/amex, independant analyst coverage, etc.) This is where China Direct, Wharton, etc., value lies.
- THe major pieces are now there, now it just need some time for execution.
- Traders will be in and out of this stock providing trading opportunities. My personal strategy here is that I have a percentage of shares that I will keep "long, long-term", and am taking profit at various stages with my "trading shares". If I see a significant unaccounted for drop in share price (that I think is simply due to profit-taking trades) I will reinvest some of those profits back into the stock. Also, if I think irrational exhuberance takes this above where I figure the long term stock price should be, I will start selling off my Long term shares with the thought of buying them back cheaper. I see some current parallels with the Suwn run of a few years ago, it got way ahead of itself, and I sold most of my holdings, although I still am bullish on the company and continue to accumulate at the now low shareprices.
