At this point, all 11 billion shares are out, right? So until they raise the A/S again, dilution should be done. One result is that volumes are much lower, but another is that another run on the 2's could actually raise this to 3--something the last few 2 runs couldn't accomplish.

Well I hope they come out with some good news to get people interested in this thing, if nobody is buying at these levels, without any real good news this thing will not go any where anytime soon.
