I know the judge gave her permission/direction to hand over Global Trucking to the previous owner. I understand in her report that she suggested the sale of LE/VB but I didnt see the judges reply with regard to these as he did with Global Trucking/LE Found. There is also still a question about UJet and the MJ collection that has not been resolved. Does USXP have any employees as far as you know? Did she state in her report that all employees have been terminated? Has she stated that she has gotten rid of all the subsideraries? Or is this speculation?

Agreed - audits aren't cheap. Perhaps the 10K is a necessary step for a smooth bankruptcy. A bunch of 8Ks should have been filed and weren't, so even with a 10K USXP is out of compliance.
