LOL float going down?????..guess the tide is coming in then!! that is a classic PRSU IBCX etc...they always mix up the sharestructures..last time they ,IBCX (previous owner of the Happy Hour restaurant now in the name of PRSU ) reduced the Authorized shares to 500million , shareholders ended up with a few BILLION (extra special) additional shares in the float...LOL

Heck, just a little mix up with the sharestructure....what the hell this is pinky land...LOL
