I read the PR. That statement can also be interpreted to mean that they are spending money (aka printing shares since we know cash isn't there) to buy items from Mr. Gas. There is no definitive agreement. There is no filing of an 8K. There is no listing of Dr. Gas financials.
I understand how you're interpreting it, I simply disagree, and am showing it can be interpreted a different way. Until the company (FCCN) announces and posts a filing saying the purchase is done, neither of us is right or wrong.
