If I remember correctly, her new album was produced by Big and Rich and she is not signed with any label currently. They also produced Gretchen Wilson's first album if memory serves me right.

I agree with you, Kateric. The lack of mention about her in the two PRs issued (this week and last) makes me tend to feel that any Caldwell deal is still a "work in progress" and will probably not occur until 2008, since her independent album is scheduled for release the end of this year.

Would have been nice if NSHV had been the funding behind that album; it won't hurt her, advertising B&R helped write and produce it. They sure launched Wilson's career.......

Would be nice to see NSHV announce artist signings other than the Christmas album and "projects" though, so that we have SOMEONE we can call our own.......IMO........
