You're right about the jury trial. I thought I read this was to be non-jury. Lets use 1 week for jury at the outside. I accept and agree with your assumption about the inception of the mediation. I agree any Daic appeal would be of minor consequence.

Do you have an opinion about the estimated length of the trial. I remember two weeks but I can't find that in the court docs at the moment - still looking, will let you know if I find it.
