I do think some of the recent(last few days s/p IND blowup)is throwing in the towell vis-a-vis Cortex. I sympathize, even agree to a certain extent.

Again, I've viewed much worse biotech blowups than what happend with Cortex' failure with the IND in ADHD, and they had prompt public dissemination of the facts: a. this is what we heard, this is the broad strokes needed to move foward, don't worry, CX701 is clean without the same issues that shot us down with CX717.... Then do another conferance call when the details are flushed out. I don't agree with a three week delay from a mission launch failure with CX717 and utter silence; I'm not suprised.

One can argue, "A CEO shouldn't do a call just to pep up the troops." But, I don't agree; this is part of what a CEO must do, especially when the stock price continues to crater to a new low each day. But, that is my bias.
