There were 56,938,952 shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of the period ended June 30,2007. As of the date of this filing,(Oct. 5th,2007, off pinksheets see link) there are 199,635,674 shares issued and outstanding.

currently the a/s is 200,000,000. So not much more to dilute...unless! I'll look at it for a bounce but the quarterly was not impressive to me. GLTA
