This thing is going to be sub penny before the end of the year. I don't know how it could be any more obvious. Another thing, my opinions don't have anything to do with the PPS.

It's not liable, it's either a seller stalking out of it while he thinks he can or it's dilution. I think it's likely a little of both perhaps.
