Yep, that's what I've heard. You have to remember - there is no regulation on Forex. Brokers that have deal desks do what they want, that's why I trade with an ECN broker - no re-quoting, no stop hunting. They just give you the real market... this is where Forex is heading... The Deal Desk's haven't figured this out yet.
