I remember Cohn said he expected a two week trial. Then 30 days for a decision (decisions are not instant at conclusion of the trial). We are two months away unless there is a settlement (which could happen even while the trial was going on)

Then the case could be appealed. If Daic were to win, Clyw could file an appeal but I think it would be all over at that time. If Clyw were to win, I think Daic would file an appeal to "force" a settlement by CLYW. However, CLYW would be free to license and otherwise enforce the patent and CLYW would consider Daic no more than a small pain.

That would be a very nice Christmas present.

How do you know it was Daic initiating mediation??
