True enough, and those previous disappointments are reflected in the current share price.

They HAVE to make it work this time, and they KNOW it.
This building is leased, fully functional and requires the least amount of work prior to a launch. That, IMO, is closer than they have been in the past.

Actually - its only ONCE. This is the second go-round. St. Pete and now Tampa. NOTHING else beofre that - about a grand opening.... NOTHING... NY never was scheduled to open... so stop making false statements please.
