To expand on Hockeypond's accurate summation, owners of the shell co where issued shares of NSDM and they all started marketing the price thru e-mails and faxes. that is how i heard of NSDM, followed it for a few months and watched them unload millions of shares on the market driving the price down, oversold. Now you have history of stock price, how it was manipulated, and finally came to rest at .03.
