I agree. This company is doing very well, but it sure does seem like they couldnt give a rats ass about shareholder value.

The company your speaking of ANRC, announce a RS of 1 for 15 late Friday and opened Monday morning AMRA new symbol. So if you had 15000 shares on Friday, Monday morning you had 1000.
So they don't have braging rights to their shareholders!
