Dilution

A reduction in earnings per share of common stock that occurs through the issuance of additional shares or the conversion of convertible securities.

Adding to the number of shares outstanding reduces the value of holdings of existing shareholders.

J..The change, now that all shares are converted, would hardly be noticeable.IMO Before conv., it would have been more because all classes of preferred were based on a percentage of the total company shares and preferred holders shares would have increased with more shares released. Now after conversion, all shareholders will share equally (dilution) any new shares released,A/S..We will not have any less shares in number.D..AMO
