This is a recent comment by Andy about NMCX.

As for NMCX....when Mike Sheppard came aboard it began to get all messed up. He did not control things properly and it became a disaster. The value is in ground but if you don't have decent management nothing will ever get accomplished and this is 100% the case with NMCX. If you think I am disappointed about CMKX, I am 100 times more disappointed about NMCX, after being a shareholder since late 1999. I was their number one fan for years and after visiting the milling site in May/04 was convinced it was the real deal. All Mike had to do was get the audit done like he was hired to do and the stock would have done great and the dilution would never have happened.
