Yes, and it's unfortunate that the company in it's entirety, has had a multitude of actions that greatly influenced the current PPS. It's NOT just the Komex deal. Like they say, under estimate and over deliver. I did ask in a very polite and professional way 2 questions of both MM and RB. RB didn't respond, and MM basically did same. For me it's obvious, and I'm not saying it's right or wrong, just the way it is. Many are/were able to get information over the phone or in person, but can't get anything documented. I don't think the company intentionally is avoiding print or e-mail, they are just acting as responsible board/company members by not doing it in writing. They are really no different than a lot of people who have had things go their way. When things are so good, we forget how bad they can be. We can only hope this was a kick in the kidney for them, and they act accordingly going forward. I really wish they were tied to stock and financial performance to base their salary. But since they ARE the board, what is the incentive?
