It's nothing to get much excited about. It means that somebody placed a messed-up order. They meant to type in a limit of 0.0001 but they had rented fingers or fat fingers something so they typed in 0.001 instead. Somebody or some computer was only toooooo happy to sell it to them at 0.001 so it showed up on all the trading platforms as a trade completed at a price of 0.001! The generally held belief is that the stock will resume its "real" level of 0.0001 or 0.0002 (check your tgrading account, it already has).
