I don't think what the market is doing that day would matter to them. They will just announce.

I'm actually surprised we haven't heard anything yet. They seemed to move the process along pretty expeditiously. The only thing left now is for the new company to emerge.

I'll see if I can find out anything, but like I said, at this stage of the game they are being very tight lipped when its this close to the announcement.
