I am not disputing he has made statements that have not come true. The one about putting shares back in the "kitty" confuses me too. All that granted. No financials our that were supposed to be out the first of the year, etc., etc.. Granted.

Now. How would he keep from doing Chapter 11 if he did not raise funds? He has slashed payroll. Perhaps more needs to be done. Smaller building when lease expires. Reduce payroll more if individuals are not pulling their weight(getting sales, etc).

Since you are out of the stock, I guess you just want revenge. I am not out. And someone else says "Revenge is Mine"

If you and Tex are out, why don't you both move on, take your losses, and get a life, for goodness sake. You are both pitiful, IMO, with your hate. Get over it. There is no way on this earth that either will ever get a dime. You may be able to hurt us current stockholders. That make you feel good?
