Of all the things the company has done wrong the pref III is what will keep PBLS subpenny permanantly. I seriously doubt that PBLS will ever trade back above a penny again. They sure as heck don't have the assets and or profits to do it. The latest round of lawsuits are going to drain what little is left. I say 000's are coming sooner as opposed to later. Maybe PBLS has one more run left in it...but it will only be one. There will never be as many shareholders with 10-100's of thousands of dollars here again as there were in the last 3 years. The few remaining longs will be out as soon as the price spikes even a little bit....if it does. I don't think there is anyone left stupid enough to consider this a "real" long term play.
