Thanks for the response.

And to be honest, that makes me feel a little better. I still plan on traveling to Opp, Alabama this week. I will call the office Monday or Tuesday to work out details. I have posted several questions, and while I know not all the questions are answerable, I know that some are.

Sadly, I still do have some questions. However, it is better to have questions than say, "this is a POS company".

Dan99, thanks for the PM. I am not a premier member to iHub.

Finally, eTrade is being very anal, anal is a good word, about reopening my account. Sadly, it should have never been closed and now they want two weeks to open it again. I have three choices:

A) Wait two weeks
B) Open new eTrade account
C) Find a new online trading company

I do not want to derail the thread, so if any of you would PM me who you use, I would appreciate it. Nothing against outsourcing customer service, but my nerves are shot.

My CS reps spoke terrible English, all three of them and I am kind of at my wits end.

Respectfully,
Uncle Meatball

it is not exactly clear what the exchange/dividend ratios are yet,

why not?

c'mon, man...

If it's a real-deal, public company? lol, it's 'sposed to be clear ==> transparent for investors.

Yes...of course, that's an "ideal" standard, but given the "Canadian, free-trading spin-off" divvy that clearly was botched, and the fact that John didn't know the difference between OTC and a true exchange? ( http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=21893571 )

It really, really seems to me that folks could expect more forthcoming information *and* behavior.

Otherwise? it's just another v-e-r-y questionable play.

make sense?

PS: I never understood the logic behind "we're pink, so we don't have to report: just trust us"

To me, if you're gonna build trust, don't hide behind the pink curtain.

Will entertain all notions, oppposing, favoring, in-betweeen...

best,
