So it is. Can't imagine why they need B shares. A reduction in AS to 100M would start to say something. But adding more than 3x the float in a separate class, well that kinda says something else, about how they feel about their shareholders. They have a good idea for a business but they just don't know how to run one.

32M OS, 12M owned by mgmt... I thought after the split they might be doing something worthwhile, like continuing to reduce the # of shares to make the stock tradeable again. But that is an outrageous AS from a pink that nobody can trust.

.013 to .09 a couple weeks ago - I will still be watching - the chart looks OK and the RS refreshed things, new $ should be coming to play, at least for a little while.
