i see no promise there.

also, always read the small print:

"* Exact share conversion rate will be determined at the time of completion of the transaction"

honestly, i don't want the new .ob stock to start with an o/s close to or over 100mil, so an up to 5:1 conversion rate is okay with me. it all depends on what value the .ob stock is going to be at, also important to know if the shares we get are going to be free trading or restricted?
