That photo was from 10/11/07, so the report said.

Are you are saying that Torvec's axle is in that photo?

So, if "it is in there" that means that Torvec had equipment there prior to the partnership announcement.... Is that right?
That makes sense.

That photo does not show the kind of height that one would expect from a Torvec CV Joint.
I think that I read a report that the height of the vehicle was adjustable based upon a "geared" lift system.
I think that I read also that the transport height is limited for air and ship transport.
This would make the adjustable height system a "must" to accomplish all the requirements of transport and troop safety.

This is really a great opportunity.
At this point it really seems like a sure thing.

What is your read on the opportunity on the larger MRAP units?
It seems to me that a larger CV Joint could be employed into a MRAP unit.
