Exactly investor. Their poor wording often leaves more questions than answers. Unfortunately, it looks like they forgot to consult their English language person before they put this one out. They did on the last three, very well written. They need to be more specific for sure and make a rule, no more PR's unless the English language person has thoroughly looked it over.
