hep, exactly! that's why i wrote a poster might as well name names on who they were speaking to and if the communication was via email, then the poster should copy/paste the emailed question(s) and the response(s) while X'ing out their name and personal email addy.
that would help to lend and or give credibilty to a poster imo.
i've employed these tatics mentioned above and they were accepted (as far as i know, lol).
