Suppose I owned FCCN and was barraged with everybody clamoring for the 8-k ... I know it's comming out today... I'm in California ...so I put out the PR at 9:47 AM my time to have the whole day to finish up in peace... That's what I would do!!!!!! ..And "end of day" is NOT 4PM your time !!!
