#16622 RE: spidyman #16621

Yes it would seem possible. Right now when someone places a buy order then Prom just sells them paper....there is no supply/demand .....Prom just gives it away for any price (imho). Now what if those 2 million shares traded (there is no TRADING.... only printing PAPER and buying....probably little if any selling) had to pay a price that would impel us to sell them 2 million shares??? We would NOT sell to them until they offer at least $0.5 or much higher so they could NOT buy 2 million shares. If they wanted them bad enough then let them pay $1 each. Prom has ruined our supply and demand. When they STOP dumping shares and if they have GOLD then the supply/demand will push the price higher. As for "Phase II".... I don't mean much at all. Phase II seems to be when they announce gold and money and move in some heavy equipment or sell this to a big company or combine all their companies or whatever. Phase I was the beginning where no gold known for certain. So I guess that is what I mean. Phase I is when nobody is sure if they have gold and Phase II is when we know it for sure and the company expands and sells gold for money and tells us about it and pays dividends and then investors come in (if it is all real and I think that it is). All I know is that for some reason a ton of my stocks seem to be gearing up to do something: CGHI (nobody knows why it is up), KRY (mining permit is now on Hugo Chavez desk for signing), ECFL (merging into Market99 stores), WNSH (huge news coming with SEC filing happened TODAY), and finally Prom is OVERDUE to tell us about GOLD or no gold. I've been in this for 1.5 years and NOTHING yet of any size and a net LOSS. So I am overdue for some $$$$$. GLTA All I know is that if they stop dumping shares now it should go up but due to DILUTION for the past few months it may not be able to go as high anymore and not as fast as before - that is why and how we got the short end of the stick that is WORSE than the reverse split (but the RS was part of the dumping plan obviously). So let's cut our estimates of profits by about 5 fold. So $1.5 to $40 now equals a new range of possible peak PRMO spikes : $0.30 to $8 I'd really be happy with $1 so all is not lost for me yet but that could have been $5 before DILUTION.
