#30997 RE: Pharaoh-1 #30994

In response to this tighter float: Some people may not realize just yet about this tighter float - but of course we have seen numerous posts about it.

So....Is there any truth to this float getting locked up?
Float is what - 7M?
With that said, using the volume the past couple weeks/months as an indicator - i would say the float is somewhere between 60-85% locked up. Maybe higher in all honesty.

With that said - what are the real world effects on our shareprice?

----As we are now seeing, becuase of our very tightly held float, there are basically no share left. Thus, the stock is not "thick" (lots of shares at different levels.)

We have all seen the way the MM have been moving this stock up and down 20 cents in less than an hour on realitevely low volume. Tons of 500 share prints upticking or downticking the shareprice. -- Bottom line - there is basically NO shares (obviously not no shares, but very few) left in the float so any sort of buy or sell gets exaggerated.

What will this bring us? - The consolidation is currently occuring with short term shareholders selling to longer term shareholders. The upward bullish moves will get more exaggerated and parabolic, to say. Jumps of 15-30 cents on any given day on slightly lower volume.

With the low shares, any sort of news or big buyers coming into the stock will simply just not have any shares to buy, which will have them buying higher and higher and higher - 2.20, 2.25, 2.40, 2.50. It will start jumping rapidly once the momo comes in and brings us to the next level.

All in all, a tighter float is going to bring us more and more volitatily in the stock, and assuming the trend is bullish - the upward swings will be greater and greater.

Hope this helps yall. Just something to keep in mind.
