the problem here is that nothing is believed and all of the criminal accusations are repeated as per your post...with no evidence or indications that anything was wrong factually... that is in the past... better look and see what going on now.... you got a new board, as you wished...

"Kenneth, Bernard and Dennis" I assume from those names that you're one of the one's who says everything done by the prior board was criminal? Is a lack of a shareholder meeting criminal? If not, what were the criminal acts to which you allude?
