The chart is telling me that $.15 has a very good chance of being tested.

If $.20 holds I will be a buyer if the stock moves back above $.25 and holds.

Sorry that I don't have a long drawn out post explaining why the stock can only go up from here. All I can say is that the chart is rolling over and my orders are still in at $.13 and $.15
