Guess you need to find the post where the Franchise Tax was collected based on the Revenues of Wisebuy!! Then the .25 becomes much, much more the real direction this 8K will take us! Find the post, find the gold!!

good point...after all the DD done, I'm not sure we have come across any significant debt for Wisebuys which there could be

wisebuys have been around for a few years with moderate growth and hackkets for a century with little growth (store wise)

extreme growth would be a concern for me because in too many cases...HIGH GROWTH = HIGH DEBT for companies

these companies are established imo and I just don't see huge debt being there

Now do you see what I'm talking about? Damn I feel good when I'm right.

'........8k is like a joker card. It can be good in some games, but most of the games it's a bad card. At least that's what I've seen. I think Xeller might know what I'm talking about..

SWVC might be a empty shell it's gonna hold many companies, but thing is that those companies have revenues AND debts. Sometimes it takes some time to pay all the debts. And this will be the SWVC's first 8k and the numbers might show the minus all over, and scaring some investors to run and hide.

But that's when the good news comes in, at least for me. I'm stocking thousands in my account so that if that happens, I'm gonna buy some more!

I'm just being realistic............'

And I still don't care much. The history of SWVC is impressive. Many companies that was involved with SWVC took some time before investors made real money. SWVC and Tom made more right choices than wrong.

SWVC is not just about couple of companies holding. It's all about making investors more money. And those who had patience and believed in SWVC made huge profits.

SWVC was even involved with Mapquest, I mean as an IT guy, that's freaking impressive! They completed its IPO with $15 per share! It was later bought by AOL!!

I really wish that the stock goes to the bottom so that I can buy enough shares to be involved with the company more privately. As soon as my deposit clears next week, WOOT!
