You have to put the brackets on each end. When you copied from the email you should copy all of the template. Try this one. Copy this and repost it in a reply to my message. Take the * out of the inside of the brackets on both ends. If I did not put the * in it, you would see the chart but not this template. Coyp it and paste it in a reply. Take out the *. You can hit the preview button to see if it worked before submitting to public. You can do this.
