Dew, Man isn't that the truth. If Bianco had only dropped Xyotax completely and concentrated on Pixantrone, but nooo... They always choose to whip the dead horse, and run the company into the ground.

A similar phenomenon occurs in research labs. Dependent on grants, they'll do whatever it takes to continue getting funded. The amyloid vrs tau wars were an example, where for years labs could only get funding if they stayed within the amyloid orthodoxy.

Thanks, Dew! I'll keep this "law" in mind because it does have a bit of the ring of truth to it. I've never been associated with pharma projects, but I am a project engineer and see parallels even in my field.

I've been away from my keyboard for several days (outside painting my house, of all things!) and didn't get to read your reply until tonight. Don't let my laggardly ways make you think I don't appreciate the time you spent putting that reply together.
