Which rivers and bays, do you mean working order, or they have water...

We recieved 3 days of rain this past winter , animals are coming into town looking for water and food. After this last scorcher this summer the desert is starting to look like the sand dunes at the beach...

The forest is 5 minutes from me, they are getting less snow, we used to a see snow here, now it`s been occasional

There talking water shortage...many places are already talking conservation, some people that do not believe have already been hit with $1000 to $1500 water bills...

Farmers are going to be rationed....

May be. But I have learned that there are over fifty chemicals in our bodies right now that did not exist when our grandparents were alive. The fact that corperations can see fit to ignore the clean water act without giving it a second thought doesn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling.
