Agree on Sinopec being up along with other Chinese companies. Also, I have always thought the major profit centers for Sinopec were its oil refineries and other chemical enterprises.
Joe's thesis that Sinopec has made a deal with Offor for Chrome's ERHC shares is a possiblity. However, if it occured, it will be reported publicly.
