This in my opinion is of major concern, the decision memo also states

"Outside the normal operating period, vehicle traffic and equipment operation will be
restricted to dry or frozen conditions. For roads initially proposed as access but not
requiring improvement, continued use which extends beyond the normal operating season
or during extended wet conditions may require improvement, such as gravel, or other
measures."

but in this regard, i am not sure this bodes well.

I am more concerned as to if rsds has the cash flow to continue. This quarterly ta reporting garbage, needs to be looked into.

I f rick is yet again going to be held back, by forces out of his control, folks are going to start getting real perturbed.

In my opinion, berman had better get filing for the special use permit now....if he honestly believes folks are going to tolerate waiting for spring to resume drilling and completion of the 43101 to follow that ...he has another thing coming.

As much as people want to support this effort, that would be just another let down in the what is now growing list of let downs, brought on by prematurely released pr's, or lets say "optimistic"

starting to look for sure like a company who in my opinion is using misleading pr's to sell shares.

I don't think it would take too much explaining to prove that, just print them off and let the reader make up his mind.

Time for change, change is in order.
