If the company is responsible (and they would never admit it anyway) it is a direct violation of their own code of conduct which we all received. Given the fact that we can't get a answer from anyone about the nature of the IR work or if it has even begun from here on in it is just guessing.
Ethical companies communicate with their shareholders in a timely fashion. What has happened to the unaudited estimates, the quarterly reports, shareholder updates etc? Wu promised more direct communication with shareholders. In my mind he has not delivered on that promise.
The stock is now just above 2 cents pre reverse. In my years associated with the company this is now the lowest price I have ever seen. All of that just more than a week before an AGM. Something is afoot. I remain quite concerned about the viability of the company with this evidence in front of us.
If anyone has a pipeline to the company they should be using it now. This is serious.

The other thing to note is that the discount that NITE is offering is now pushing 60%. It should be illegal but it isn't. If this is an orderly market maintained by the marketmakers then I'm the Dalai Lama. The word unscrupulous comes to mind. This is simply an orderly destruction of a companys' potential (perhaps with the approval of some insiders) . It isn't morons at work Guardian but rather selfish and greedy manipulation by quite intelligent if unethical people. They should be ashamed but are probably buying each other drinks at the moment as they celebrate. I've seen it in person. There is no morality in this game.
Now that NITE has sold it down they have slid in behind other bids at 3 cents. We are now completely at the mercy of the market and the market knows because it doesn't appear as if the company can defend itself.

Chris, charts don't lie..looking at these indicators ( A/D, CMF, & OVB ) yes the company are selling shares...
They probably need cash to pay for some of the promotions or new IR..
