S8's are best described as "treasury stock" and are immediately redeemable(after the s-8 form filing).
The phone to voice text patents were to be paid for with 5M shares of S-8 stock. Don't know if that has happened yet. I mention it again in the hopes somebody will let us know whether Clyw owns those patents or not.
