That die is definetly over 600mm^2.

Nice find. I count about 80 viable die sites compared to
around 95 for a Montecito wafer. That suggests a die size
of between 650 and 700 mm2.

The larger die size, 65 nm processing, and smaller LLC
area fraction probably means Tukwila has a manufacturing
cost of around $175 to $200 vs $125 to $140 for Montecito.
That figure doesn't include recovery of devices with one
or more defective cores.
