If it takes as long to get those (OBO/NOBO etc.) as it does to get certs from what I have seen on the board I am sure there is enough time to hide/cover tracks ? IMO of course.
hey bike published short sales do not include ex-clearing (broker to broker) transactions. what we see on the published short interest list is hardly the whole story.
it's impossible to say what would be there if it were included, but ex-clearing is specifically outside of the dtcc system, so I don't think the obo nbo list will tell the real story either.
