stock jock that is a two way street... Just ask Richard Altamore and the other CEO's that blamed the naked shorting for the decline in PPS while they were selling and diluting and got caught!
Right on jock40, this needs to be changed, courts should make the crooks buy back all the shares they dumped starting at the high share price of the stock in the last two years, this way investors are getting there stolen money back not the courts and lawyers, in or justice system the money stolen never goes back to the victims in stock market, until this changes the crooks keep winning.
