I have Pershing, no problem yesterday putting order on-line. It was not executed at my price, but it went in as a valid order. Look again today, you should be able to trade at will. (Just don't sell, please!)
eeuw... get out of sharebuilder. Go to Zecco for free trading and you can trade anything. I started out with SB... took 3 months for them to release my shares to transfer them. They do not have to follow the same rules as they are not a 'real' brokerage firm. I think you should be able to sell them, at $15 fee's (no tuesday selling only buying).
Just my opinion after paying more in fee's and no limit orders than I made trading during the first few months when I had them.
