How many shares will it take to convert ALL THE DEBT to equity folks? I estimate that the average conversion was about .007 and 44 million shares probably eliminated 308,000 dollars... now that leaves 975000 - 308000 = 667000 dollars to convert into shares... Let's assume .007 for the rest of the financing.... all the debt is converted into shares...

That's 95 million more shares folks... Now we have a "debt free" COPI with 200 million shares in the outstanding.

The new financing will be for another million dollars at the average price that this financing is done at.

Now add another 142 million shares....

Ok now we have COPI with an outstanding of 342 million shares... PROFITABLE, and NO DEBT...

Does anyone see the possibilities in that COPI?

Of course if some nice NEWS and PR does hit and COPI were to start trading over .02... then we could have a debt free COPI and only have about 200 million shares total outstanding...

This is far from over folks... Bring me your cheap shares!!!!
